He grew ACT Holdings from a $30MM student loan ARM company to an industry-leading $400MM+ diversified BPO. He later helped scale QLess, a SaaS software wait management company by raising 2 rounds of equity and doubling the company in two years. Severin is one of Maine’s best-known attorneys and has significant experience in legislative and regulatory issues. He is a founding partner of Preti Flaherty and directs the firm’s Government Affairs practice in Augusta, ME and Washington, D.C. His practice also involves public issues, environmental projects and international trade. Throughout his career, Severin has been a leader in national and international organizations, giving him perspectives that transcend state boundaries. As a former director of the bipartisan American Council of Young Political Leaders, he helped promote cultural and political exchange programs among NATO countries and Eastern Europe. His work took him to Moscow, Leningrad, Riga and Tbilisi in the former Soviet Union. He also served on political leadership committees dealing with U.S.-Canadian relations, European security, the environment and technological change.

With over 25 years of payments industry experience, Mr. Raymond has served in number of senior roles in the card and mobile payments industry. Mr. Raymond spent over 20 years at MasterCard, primarily as their Group Head of Global Pricing and Interchange, which included crafting business agreements with major financial partners, product valuation, competitive intelligence, co-lead Fintech investments, and negotiated major merchant acceptance agreements. He created many of the product and pricing strategies with a focus on US and European compliance and regulatory requirements. Mr. Raymond was credited for generating over $3B in revenue from his pricing strategies, which are still in place today. Mr. Raymond started his career with the accounting firm Arthur Andersen, holds a CPA and received his BS in Accounting from Syracuse University Whitman School of Management.

After spending several years working at Accenture, he founded Barrington Consulting in 2004 and currently serves as the Managing Partner and is co-founder of the sister company, Barrington Edge. Andrew specializes in structuring and managing large, complex, transformation projects leading clients through the entire life cycle from developing the roadmap through to implementation. He has worked extensively in the public sector and telecommunications domains where he has led transformational projects in land reform, vital statistics, driver and vehicle services and field force management.
